The Flames victory over the Leafs helped settle a friendly bet. For the Senators, the guy with the awesome nickname was at it again. While on Long Island, the Oilers let a late lead slip away.

Flames show spark against Leafs
For all intents and purposes, the Flames' 6-3 victory over the the Leafs at the Saddledome was decided in the early going.
In a gritty first period, Calgary put four goals on the board, compared to just one by Toronto.
Two of those markers were converted shorthanded during a five-minute major and game misconduct assessed to Flames' centre Lance Bouma.
Bouma fought with Zach Sill and then kneed Andrew MacWilliam during the same sequence halfway through the opening frame.
The Flames were clearly not fazed by what happened as evidence by the pair of shorthanded goals that followed.
Professional golfer David Hearn, an Ontario native, was then quick to say that the final result was a foregone conclusion.
Before the horn to end the first period had sounded, Hearn Tweeted at Saskatchewan's Graham DeLaet conceding that the game was out of reach for the Leafs.
In what appeared to be a friendly wager between the two golfers, Hearn was forced to change his avatar to the Flames logo for a week.
The Hamburglar does it again
Andrew Hammond's story may be starting to sound like a broken record, but the Senators aren't likely to complain following a 2-1 win over the Islanders.
The rookie netminder turned away 34 shots and became just the third goalie in NHL history to allow two or fewer goals in each of his first 10 starts.
Also impressive is that the Senators are 9-0-1 with the "Hamburglar" between the pipes.
Clearly happy with Hammond's contribution to a late playoff push, the Senators celebrated the moment by posting a video of a dancing hamburger.
With the win, the Senators leapfrogged the Panthers and pulled within five points of the Bruins for the second wild card spot.
Consolation prize for Oilers
A back-and-forth battle eventually tilted in favour of the Blue Jackets in a 5-4 shootout win over the Oilers.
Aided by three power-play goals, the Oilers finally wrestled their first lead of the game early in the third period only to have Scott Hartnell respond for Columbus with just under four minutes to go.
Alex Wennberg completed the comeback for the Blue Jackets by potting the only goal for either side in the shootout.
The Oilers might like to have back the one that got by Ben Scrivens at the 19:57 mark of the opening frame.
