March Madness inspires dancing, screaming and punching

Every year, March Madness inspires unique reactions to the high drama on the hardcourt.

So far this year, the best reaction has been Georgia State coach Ron Hunter falling off his stool as his son R.J. drained a winning three-point bucket against Baylor on Thursday.

In honour of that memorable moment, here are more of the best reactions from the first two days of the Madness.

Bench-player boogie

UC Irvine guard Haroldas Saprykinas is psyched as teammate Mamadou N'Diaye dunked the ball against Louisville Friday. Too bad they ended up losing, 57-55.

Coaching ain't easy

Buffalo Bulls head coach Bobby Hurley was having a tough day Friday as his squad lost to West Virginia 68-62.

Hey, sit down!

This unhappy Georgia State fan had some choice words for her team on Thursday. Lucky for her, the Panthers would go on to beat Baylor 57-56 in an early tournament upset.

The team that dances together...

West Virgina was pumped after their win over Buffalo, getting down in the locker room.

Apparently the bench-player boogie isn't the only dance move UC Irvine knows, as the team was dancing before their game against Louisville Friday.

Magic Johnson is sort of impressed

Michigan State's Travis Trice threw down a serious dunk Friday that kind of impressed Magic Johnson; he clapped but his facial expression doesn't really match.

Stretch out the stress

Indiana head coach Tom Crean tried to pump his arms to victory at a stressful moment during Friday's game against Wichita State. The technique didn't work as Indiana fell 81-76.

Worst punch ever

On Thursday Cincinnati's Octavius Ellis got a little excited and tried to punch Purdue's A.J. Hammons, completely missing the target.

Ron's still pumped

Since it all began with Hunter, here is one more enthusiastic reaction from the coach, rolling around on a scooter after his team's victory Thursday.
