Enner Valencia rescued Ecuador with two goals in a 2-1 comeback win over Honduras in Friday, keeping La Tri's knockout round hopes alive Group E at the 2014 World Cup.
Carlo Costly gave Honduras its first World Cup goal since 1982 to open the scoring in the 31st minute, but Valencia tied the match three minutes later and scored the winner in the 65th.
The win gives Ecuador three points, tied with Switzerland for in Group E behind France heading into the last round of matches.

Les Bleus have racked up eight goals in their first two games and look fully on form, so La Tri need to play the game of their lives to advance, as they likely need a win for a shot at progressing.
Honduras: Los Catrachos are also still alive, despite losing their first two matches. They've finally scored in a World Cup, played well against Ecuador, and are facing a Swiss side on Wednesday (CBC TV, cbc.ca/fifaworldcup, 4 p.m. ET) that just got flattened by France. If Honduras can pull off a win, it could be enough for Los Catrachos to make history.
