David Desharnais has been playing himself out of the dog house in Montreal lately, and he helped dig his club out of a late deficit in New Jersey Monday night in dramatic fashion.

Desharnais netted the game-tying goal with 37 seconds left in the third period to help his club force an extra frame, and the Habs ended up with a 4-3 shootout win.

Five goals were scored in the third period and plenty of leads were exchanged ahead of Desharnais' heroics, but don't take our word for it.
