Corey Perry is on such a hot streak right now he could probably even score from his knees. 

Wait a minute, he did exactly that Monday night. 

The Anaheim Ducks sniper scored a goal of the year candidate in his club's 5-2 win over the New York Islanders, when he deked out a couple of defenders, lost his footing and wound up popping the puck over the shoulder of goalie Anders Nilsson. 

The former 50-goal winger added another one Monday and has now scored in six straight to raise his season total to 20.
