The Hamilton Tiger-Cats defensive lineman says popping in the 2003 action flick The Last Samurai is one of his longest-running pre-game superstitions.

But as CBC News sports reporter Peter Armstrong finds out, superstitions aren't just quirky rituals athletes have.
