Veteran announced retirement on Sunday

Veteran goaltender Martin Biron joined Rob Pizzo on Hockey Night in Canada Radio on SiriusXM to discuss his decision to retire.
The 36-year-old announced his retirement on Sunday, after a 16-year career in the NHL.
Biron spent the last four seasons with the New York Rangers backing up Henrik Lundqvist, but was placed on waivers by the club this season and went unclaimed. He has also played for the Buffalo Sabres, Philadelphia Flyers and New York Islanders.
