Did You See That? Rick Nash's nifty assist

New York Rangers forward Rick Nash showed off his passing prowess with a miraculous assist against the Boston Bruins on Tuesday night, with Carl Hagelin reaping the rewards.

The New York Rangers knew they had acquired someone with the ability to find the back of the net when they landed him from the Columbus Blue Jackets last summer.

They may have found out a little bit more about the 28-year-old after Tuesday night.

The seven-time 30-goal scorer -- and two-time 40-goal scorer -- showed off his passing prowess with a miraculous assist against the Boston Bruins.

With his squad down 1-0 midway through the first period against the Boston Bruins, the Brampton, Ont. native took matters into his own hands.

After a turnover in the neutral zone, Nash sparked the Rangers' counter-attack and victimized Boston defender Andrew Ference with a triple-deke that would make Charlie Conway jealous (Mighty Ducks fans, anyone?).

The six-foot-four, 216-pound forward took a pass in stride and went to his backhand, then forehand, then while falling forward had the presence of mind to send a backhand pass to teammate Carl Hagelin, who deposited the puck past goalie Tuukka Rask for his fourth goal of the season.
